・The natural stones (pink quartz, yellow sapphire, etc.) used for the eyes vary in color, transparency, and inclusions. Also, due to the manufacturing process and the characteristics of the stones, very small cracks or scratches may be found, but this does not affect the quality.
・You may notice a dark color on the connecting part (pin/adhesive surface) at the top of the pendant. This is due to the shadow inside the natural stone and the color of the adhesive that occurs when the metal fittings are fixed, and is not a defect.
