【Shipping & Delivery】

■ Processing Time
Regular items: Ships within 4–7 business days from the date of order.
Pre-order / Made-to-order items: Ships according to the lead time stated on the product page.
Please note that processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.

■ International Shipping
Shipping fee: Flat rate of $25 USD (with tracking, available to 27 countries).
Currency: International orders are processed in USD.
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after dispatch (delays may occur due to customs inspection, etc.).
Customs duties & import taxes: Not included in the product price; payable locally upon delivery (DDU, including brokerage fees).

■ Tracking
Tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

■ Address Changes
Address changes are only possible before the order has shipped.

After dispatch, any forwarding arrangements and additional costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

■ Undeliverable Packages & Returns
If an order is returned due to absence, unpaid customs duties, or incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

For international returns, it may take several weeks to months to arrive back to us.

■ Loss & Damage
If you suspect damage during transit, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos of both the outer packaging and the item.

We will inform you of the possibility of exchange or refund based on the courier’s investigation results.

■ Important Notes
Natural materials and hand-carved items may have variations in color, texture, shape, or inclusions. Please also refer to the notes on each product page.

Deliveries may be delayed during year-end/new year holidays, long public holidays, severe weather, or customs inspections.
