■ Sales Price
All prices are listed in Japanese yen, tax included, on each product page. The total amount, including shipping and other fees, will be shown at checkout.

■ Additional Fees

  • Domestic Shipping: Free for orders over ¥10,000; flat rate of ¥500 for orders below ¥10,000.

  • International Shipping: Flat rate of $25 USD (tracked shipping / 27 eligible countries).

  • Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Brokerage Fees (International Orders): Not included in the product price. These are payable locally upon receipt (DDU).

■ Payment Methods & Timing
In accordance with Shopify’s payment system (credit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.).
Payment is processed at the time your order is confirmed.

■ Delivery Time

  • Regular Items: Ships within 4–7 business days after order confirmation.

  • Pre-order / Made-to-order Items: Ships according to the schedule stated on the product page.
    Delivery times may vary due to weekends, holidays, peak seasons, weather, or customs clearance.

■ Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations due to customer preferences.
We will only accept requests if the item is deemed to be “initially defective” (see below).

■ Handling of Defective Items (Initial Defects)
If you suspect damage, missing items, or incorrect delivery upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with:

  • Your order number

  • Details of the defect

  • Photos showing the outer packaging and product (video of unboxing if available)
    After confirmation, we will arrange an exchange (if stock is available) or refund. The return method will be specified by us (e.g., prepaid shipping label).

The following are not considered defects:
— Natural variations inherent in materials or hand-carved products (color, texture, shape, inclusions, fine lines or cracks).
— Slight dark shadows or color differences in connecting parts (pins, adhesive areas).
— Color differences due to monitor settings, minor scuffs, or manufacturing marks.
— Minor scratches, tarnish, or patina consistent with vintage items (as noted in product descriptions).

■ Quantity Limitations
Due to limited production or one-of-a-kind items, stock is limited. Adding items to your cart does not guarantee availability.

■ Cooling-off Period
Cooling-off provisions under Japanese law do not apply to online sales. We handle all matters in accordance with the above policy.
